She was known for her legal expertise, but perhaps more importantly, for her unwavering commitment to helping those in need.

Originally from Rockford, Illinois, Amy graduated from the University of Michigan before returning to her home state to practice law. She was also an alumna of Boylan Central Catholic High School, where she formed lifelong friendships that would continue to enrich her life. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Amy was a beloved wife and mother to two young daughters, Amelia (9) and Frannie (6), who were the light of her life.
